Returns
Kits
Returns of kits will be accepted within 30 days of initial purchase and/or shipping date so long as the kits are unopened and no damage to the original shipping box is present. Refunds will be issued ONLY when Griffin 3D has received the product at our location and the package contents have been verified. To make shipping arrangements please use our contact page and a shipping slip will be issued to you. Pickup and/or drop off to a shipping location remains the responsibility of the customer.
Fully Assembled
Returns of Fully Assembled 3D printers will be accepted within 30 days of initial purchase and/or shipping date so long as the box remains unopened, the product is unused, and no damage to the original shipping box is present. Refunds will be issued ONLY when Griffin 3D has has received the product at our location and the package contents have been verified. To make shipping arrangements please use our contact page and a shipping slip will be issued to you. Pickup and/or drop off to a shipping location remains the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Products
Should any customer receive a damaged or defective product please use our Contact Us page found under the "Support" drop down menu found at the top of the main page. We will do our best to help to determine if and how the product was damaged as well as the best course of action should a replacement part or refund be needed. We request that upon reply, pictures of the damaged or defective product be provided to help Griffin 3D improve the quality of product we are able to provide for our customers.
